With the Avengers protecting us from the physical dangers that torments the world it may seem that evil is at ease. There is however a new threat that seeks to put the world in harm’s way…a mystical threat. These mysterious figures now walk among us, using their magical powers to terrorize our societies. The Avengers may be incapable of defeating this type of threat, but there is one man who can: Doctor Stephen Strange.
Doctor Strange is a neurosurgeon whose reality changed after being involved in a car accident. This accident left him unable to further effectively perform surgery due to the injuries his hands encountered. In search of a cure Doctor Strange goes to great lengths all over the world in order to get his life back to where it was.
His search had an unfruitful result until he came across the Sorcerer Supreme. It is here where Doctor Strange became one of the Sorcerer Supremes’ students and learned both martial and mystical arts. With his newly acquired skills, Doctor Strange now had a new destiny to venture. Along side other Sorcerer Supreme students they now protect the world from mystical threats and save lives in other ways than medically.
Recently, Marvel Studios has turned this comic book series into a movie adaptation called Doctor Strange. It is a superhero movie that features a star-studded cast such as Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Benedict Wong, Mads Mikkelsen, and Tilda Swinton. If you’re looking for a new movie to watch and/or anything I’ve written caught your interest I would highly recommend checking this movie out. Feel free to check out the trailer below if you’d like to find out more about this movie. Also, I would highly recommend giving the Marvel animated movie, Doctor Strange: The Sorcerer Supreme, a watch whenever you get a chance to.
Doctor Strange is out now in standard, 3D, and IMAX 3D in movie theaters near you.
