Afternoon Coffee: Meditate

When we’re constantly on the move, busy with life and whatnot it can be difficult to get the concentration and focus that is needed. This can lead to a cloudy mindset that has the potential to mentally throw us off our balance.

Today, find a private spot and meditate for at least 5 minutes. Just the temporary silence and escape alone will help to bring some clarity to your mind. Also, it can help you get your thoughts together and even figure some things out that may have been weighing on your mind lately.
